So, if you pay $100 to play in a charity event on a Monday, and that course usually charges $50 for a round of golf and $15 for the cart, you can only deduct the $35 difference. You can also deduct the cost of Mulligans and such, but not the cost of raffle tickets. Even then, it's a tax deduction, not a tax credit.
