| The annual Pyramax Bank Four-Ball Golf Challenge to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will take place on Monday, July 18th at Hidden Glen Golf Club in Cedarburg. In addition to enjoying 27 holes of golf on this beautiful private course – the day includes breakfast, lunch, on-course contests, raffles, silent auction… and a post-golf reception featuring a delicious dinner, evening cocktails, exciting live auction and awards presentation! This unique 27-hole tournament is open to golfers of all levels, as our tournament’s handicap system allows all players to compete equitably for amazing prizes and placing. Our event is truly great golf for a great cause as we raise dollars for critical life-saving research to help those battling cystic fibrosis (CF), a fatal disease affecting approximately 30,000 children and young adults in the United States.

| It’s that time of year again for our 2nd annual Drive Out Hunger 18-Hole Golf Scramble and Fundraiser! | Do you love golfing and take pride in helping others? Then be sure to sign up for the “Big Cup” Golf Outing at Highland Ridge, in De Pere, on June 25th. Teams will consist of four members, but if you are unable to locate a team of four, do not let that hold you back from coming. Individuals and groups of less than four will be paired up for this event. Entry fee is $75.00 per individual. Funds raised will be donated to the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin.

| Tell us More: | The National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin is teaming up with Westmoor Country Club and Crest Cadillac to announce the return of the Cadillac Invitational Golf Tournament on Monday, August 3, 2009.
The Cadillac Invitational held at the newly renovated Westmoor Country Club is one link in the nationwide series of 40 amateur tournaments being held across the country. The tournament is open to all amateur golfers with two divisions of play, Competitive and Non-Competitive. The winning “Competitive Division” foursome and second-place qualifiers will be invited to compete in the Cadillac Invitational National Finals at Florida’s famed TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Verda Beach. Eligible teams in the Competitive Division consist of four amateur players whose USGA Handicap Indexes total 43.0 or more, and only one golfer on each team may have a Handicap Index of 8.0 or less. Golfers participating in the “Non-Competitive” Division will compete for local prizes and all skill levels are invited! Foursomes, twosomes, and individual golfers are welcome in the afternoon shotgun and scramble event. The foursome team entry fee is $1,600 for the Competitive Division or $1,400 for the Non-Competitive Division, a portion of which is tax deductible, and helps support the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin. Team entry fees include premium golf gift bags, driving range access, lunch, on-course hospitality, awards reception and dinner, and of course, a great round of golf at Westmoor Country Club! For every dollar contributed, 84 cents is donated to patient programs and services available to all affected by organ donation, diabetes, high blood pressure, or kidney disease. In addition, the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin provides public and professional education and funds life saving research. The National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin was founded forty years ago by a group of physicians and family members. It is dedicated to the prevention of kidney and urinary tract disease, improving the health and well-being of patients and families affected by these diseases and increasing the availability of all organs for transplantation.
