As the president of The Ascension Catholic Church Men’s Club, Kevin was an enthusiastic spirit who brought people together and had a positive and significant impact on their lives. This tournament, which Kevin initiated, helps us memorialize a man, a friend and a brother who was taken from us long before his time.

All proceeds from the golf scramble benefit the Kevin Calderbank Scholarships, which are awarded annually to outstanding high-school seniors attending a Florida public college or university.

All proceeds will be donated to Guide Dogs for the Blind, a non-profit organisation headquartered in San Rafael, California. They receive no government assistance and rely solely on generous donations to operate. Each year, they provide many visually impaired individuals with the gift of sight through a highly-trained canine companion, giving those lucky people a whole new lease on life. We at Pre-Med AMSA at the University of Central Florida believe very much in what they do and are enthusiastic to spread the good word about, and raise money for, them!

Tee time is 1:30 p.m. and we ask that you arrive at least an hour before for registration. While registering, buy as many tickets as you care to in our 50-50 raffle! After registration, warm up on the world-renowned practice facility with your complimentary range balls. After the tournament, treat your self to grilled black angus beef hamburgers, grilled chicken, baby back ribs and all of the side dishes you can handle. Dinner is included in your ticket price!

During the tournament, there will be several mini-competitions, including longest drive and closest to pin. Prizes will be awarded to the top three groups, as well as to the winners of the mini-competitions. The winner of the 50-50 raffle will also be announced at this time.

Goldie’s Gang is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity that sends needy, underprivileged, or handicapped children to “live” sporting events and funds youth leagues/clinics, that was started by “Goldie.”

This Annual Golf Event begins with lunch, sponsored by California Pizza Kitchen and then a two-man scramble shotgun start, followed by a Cocktail Party, Dinner, Awards Ceremony, Raffle, and a “LIVE” Auction, sponsored by Evan R. Wolfe P.A., “Storm Damage Lawyers.” *ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO HIT A HOLE-IN-ONE AND WIN A 2 YEAR LEASE ON A 2010HS250H LEXUS HYBRID, COURTESY OF JM LEXUS.

Dumas Memorial Scholarship Endowment can be mailed directly to the UCF Alumni Association.

The Volusia/Flagler UCF Alumni Chapter anticipates awarding scholarships in Lee’s name this fall.
