| Jason David lost his cousin to kidney disease in 2007 and his mission is to raise funds for research. Proceeds will be donated to the Nephrology departments at Children’s Hospital of Orange County and Kaiser Permanente-Baldwin Park. JDCF is a 501(c)3 public charity and was founded by former NFL cornerback, Jason David. Founded on the basis of “Bringing Faith and Courage to Every Corner of the Community, JDCF provides guidance to young boys and girls in and around Covina, CA by offering a free Youth Football Skills Camp at Charter Oak High School. After losing a family member to kidney disease in 2007, Jason decided to donate proceeds from his Annual Celebrity Golf Classic towards the increasing the research and awareness of kidney disease to help promote prevention and ultimately find a cure. | |

| By participating in The Midnight Mission’s 12th Annual Golf Tournament you will not only enjoy an exciting event, you also support the men, women and children who benefit from the life-saving programs and services provided by The Midnight Mission. When you participate, everybody wins!
In addition to breakfast, lunch and a fine round of golf, the day will include a putting clinic with Golf Magazine Top 100 Teacher Roger Gunn, contests, raffles and more. Afterward, join us for a banquet dinner featuring awards, silent auction and great entertainment. If your schedule prevents you from attending either the tourney or the awards dinner, you may still support by making contribution or by placing an ad in our tribute journal or donating items for raffle and silent auction.
