Do you love golfing and take pride in helping others? Then be sure to sign up for the “Big Cup” Golf Outing at Highland Ridge, in De Pere, on June 25th. Teams will consist of four members, but if you are unable to locate a team of four, do not let that hold you back from coming. Individuals and groups of less than four will be paired up for this event. Entry fee is $75.00 per individual. Funds raised will be donated to the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin. If you are unable to attend the “Big Cup” Golf Outing, you can still help raise funds right from home by visiting www.cookscorner.com. Click on Gift Registry, and enter “Big Cup Golf Outing” to purchase a basket in the silent auction, or put money towards the purchase of a basket. Tesoro Memorial Golf Tournament Benefitting The Tesoro Incident Memorial Foundation We are looking forward to seeing you on the course for our Inaugural Tesoro Memorial Golf Tournament. The Tesoro Incident Memorial Foundation was organized to continue, through the youth in our communities, activities that were most important to our friends, family and co-workers who lost their lives as a result of the accident on April 2nd, 2010 at the Tesoro Anacortes Refinery. Our group, consisting of family members, friends and co-workers is dedicated to providing activities and financial support to K-12th grade youth that reside in Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish and Island counties in Washington State so that they may participate in activities like school sports, summer camps and other programs that foster, leadership, values, individual achievement and education advancement. We are booking for all three 9-hole courses at Avalon with a total 216 players (54 Teams)
