| To Whom It May Concern:
The Navesink Hook & Ladder Company of the Red Bank Volunteer Fire Department hosting its annual Charity Golf Outing on Tuesday October 18, 2011. While the event promises to be fun for everyone involved, true success is measured by the lives we are able to impact with the proceeds from the donations and sponsorships we receive from our supporting community. With this in mind, we are asking if you would support this event. There are many ways to help: • Donating prizes, individually wrapped snack foods (chips, granola bars, etc.) or bottled water • Monetary donations to help fund gift bags and prizes • Participating in the event, and • Hole sponsorships (businesses that choose to sponsor a hole will have their business advertised at a hole determined by the organizer). Please note that a portion of the event’s proceeds will be donated to the Jason Fazio Fund. Fazio, acting Captain of the truck company, went into the building which contains 12 2nd floor apartments along with stores on the first floor. Fazio was in a room in that apartment, which flashed over from the heat and he dove out of the second story apartment to save himself, according to APFD Fire Chief Kevin Keddy Captain Fazio suffered several fractured bones secondary to his burns. Individual Golfers $125 Chief Sponsor $1500 includes 4 Golfers Tee Signage Large Logo on T-Shirt Captain Sponsor $1000 includes 2 Golfers Tee Signage Small Logo on T-Shirt Lieutenant Sponsor $500 includes 1 Golfer Tee Signage Small Logo on T-Shirt Breakfast/Lunch Sponsor $750 includes Signage at the Breakfast/Lunch Engineer Sponsor $100 includes Tee Signage Golf Outing Includes Putting Green Practice Tee Cart Breakfast & Lunch Awards and Prizes We are certain this is going to be a great event with the continued support from our local community.
