Charity Golf Tournaments and Golf Tournament Planning

Chance Outreach will be hosting its Tee-it-Up for Teens Golf Tournament this October 24, 2011 at the beautiful Braemar Country Club in Tarzana, California. This fun filled event will benefit our Chance Teen Program that directly supports at-risk youth in the Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside counties. We hope to completely meet our Foster Our Youth Scholarship Fund that will be awarded to a foster teen pursuing higher education for the 2012-2013 school year. It will also support our Chance Mentor Program that connects vulnerable teens with caring community professionals with the hope of creating a support system before and after leaving their households.
