The USGA conducts many initiatives focused on increasing opportunities for personal development through golf and its values. These initiatives, some of which are conducted jointly with other national organizations, are carried out by the USGA Grants and Fellowship Department. The investment made by the USGA in these activites is in addition to the considerable funding provided through the For The Good Of The Game Grants Initiative.
